I received my sibs today. I downloaded the simp app on an android phone with a previous carrier. Recently I changed phones and carriers. When I tried to download the app to my current android phone it told me that I had joined the beta version. I dont have access to install a new simp app to my current phone. How can I get out of that beta version and get an updated version?

Hello Ernest,

Thank you for posting here.

Ok, so our head engineer suggested that you must have installed SiMP a long time ago in a beta version and now for some reason Google wont let you install the normal version as you mentioned.

The solution is to get you out of the beta test version and for that, we will have to log into our Google platform and remove you from there. Apparently its an area they are not too familiar with so its not super quick. But I was told it will be done soon, today.

Will let you know as soon as that is done.
