Over time, we have come to learn that a few of our users have considered the SiB's package as an intricate part of the working product. Even though its obvious to us here (since we made them) that the package is a separate part, looking at it from an end user's point of view, we can see why some might not realize that the SiB is a separate part from the outside package and become frustrated when the SiB doesn't work as expected because well.. its still inside the package.

So we made a short "unboxing" video to clarify and show how each SiB is packaged and protected during transportation.
